Fear
A clown at a carnival
A bee on a flower
A cop driving by
Loneliness
A snake at your feet
The end of the world
On top of a tall building
Monsters in your closet
Falling
Fear
My Bed
I shimmy into my nice, warm sheets
As my head and my pillow gladly meet.
I look out the window and see a moonbeam,
Wondering what I am going to dream.
I close my heavy eyelids and suddenly yawn,
Knowing all of the days worries are gone.
For tomorrow, my fiancé and I will wed,
But for now, I’m madly in love with my bed.

Keep up the good work. I believe people who can write good poetry look at life with more sensitive eyes than the rest of us. Thanks for sharing!
